CABA Registration Form

Boxing Canada requires all gym members to register to ensure the safety of all members and the association in general. If you plan on sparring, please register as an amateur competitor. Otherwise, please register as a recreational member. The cost of yearly Boxing Canada registration is $75 for competitive, and $30 for recreational.

Please bring the form and payment into the gym upon your first class.
