Monday Fighter Fitness - 6pm-8pm
Get in fight shape! Classes are designed to combine cardio and bodyweight training through boxing techniques to develop the unique and amazing fighter fitness.
All ages and skill levels welcome.
Tuesday Boxing Training - 7:30pm-9pm
Specific boxing skills developed through bag drills, non-contact and contact sparring.
ONLY students who have been medically cleared, registered as competitive CABA members and have been approved by a coach will have the opportunity to spar with contact.
Sparring is not required by any member uncomfortable with contact.
Safety is the number one priority for all members.

Wednesday Technical Skills - 6pm-8pm
Members will work to develop technical skills and defensive techniques through drills and non-contact sparring.
This is a non-contact class. No full contact sparring occurs during Wednesday classes.

Saturday Open Gym - 11am-1pm
Members are welcome to drop in during this time, to work at their own pace.
Minimal coaching will be offered, however, if specific coaching is requested, coaches are available for assistance.
Sparring offered only when coaches available to supervise.
